You have signed up with Dietcared for your clinic virtual nutrition partner. It is a Mutual commitment between you and the Dietcared. From today, your patients’ Health and Well-being is our first Priority and Responsibility.

Important Notes :

  • The working hours of your Nutritionist are 10AM to 6PM (Mon-Sat). If you have any emergency and want to get in touch with your Nutritionist after work hours, please do consider their personal space and time. So your Request and Support will be attended subject to their availability.
  • Webinar and Video calls: Dietcared doesn’t not promote any other external program / products. The webinar and training sessions are purely intended for educating patients on right eating pattern portion control and increasing balanced diet
  • Payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the termination of this Agreement for whatever reason. No Refunds.
  • If you wish to Freeze your service, you must inform customer service, dietitian or customer service 10 days in advance. Your request will be processed and approved by the management after validating the reason (in case of medical or personal challenges).The program can be resumed Later at your convenience.
